1. Use of the service

Sub Me In Ltd ('we', 'us') provides a platform to organise amateur football fixtures, collect player fees and track participation. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to play within the laws of the game.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for any activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or behave abusively toward other players or gaffers.

3. Payments and refunds

Match fees are collected at the point you accept a call-up. Refunds are issued automatically if you drop out at least 24 hours before kick-off, or sooner if your spot is filled by another player.

4. Conduct

Discrimination, abuse, doxxing and persistent no-shows are grounds for removal. We may share dispute details between affected gaffers and players.

5. Liability

Football carries risk of injury. You play at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, damage to property or losses arising from participation in fixtures organised through the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
