1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), date of birth, locality, photo, payment method tokens (handled by our PCI-compliant processor), match participation and chat messages.

2. How we use it

To match you with games, collect fees, calculate stats, send notifications you've opted into, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Other players in your fixtures see your name, card and stats. Gaffers see who's paid and basic contact info. Payment processors receive what's needed to take card payments.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored in UK/EU regions. We keep account data while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, after which stats are anonymised.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time from Settings. We respond within one month.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are opt-in.
