Is it free for players?
Yes — players don't pay to use the app. You pay your match fee on accept and that's it.
How do refunds work?
Full refund if you drop out more than 24h before kick-off. Inside 24h, if we fill your spot from the shortlist we refund you automatically. Otherwise, no refund — same rules as Playtomic.
Who holds the money?
Sub Me In Payments holds funds until the game has been played, then pays the manager out weekly to their bank account.
What if we play at different venues?
Set a different venue and pitch cost per fixture — the per-head fee recalculates automatically.
Do players need an account?
First time only. After that it's one tap to accept a call-up — and they only see games from teams they're in or open games near them.
Can we still use WhatsApp?
You can — but you won't need to. Push notifications, call-ups, lineup, scores and MOTM all live in the app.
